"Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom clean. We opted to have breakfast which was good however there was no herbal tea at breakfast despite there being some in the room and there was no dairy free alternatives for milk for tea and coffee or dairy free yoghurt so I didn’t have a hot drink at breakfast. The bathroom has shower gel, hand soap, hand cream and a shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1 and towels provided. "

"Staff were helpful and friendly, beds comfortable food in info-Chinese restaurant within hotel was fantastic. Downside, toilet roll holder was hanging off, shower was too hot to use and TV not working."
