"Shampoo and soaps were empty and not replaced, only decaf coffee in the room. Breakfast was cold, coffee was empty at breakfast when it was refilled the pot was not rinsed and a glob of grounds came out in my cup. The waffle mix dispenser was broken and had to use a cup to dip it out. On check in on a prepaid package was charged twice, waited several minutes while person at desk tried to relsolve another persons issue. Person at front desk admitted she was new and didn’t know how to do certain things. Property overall was not well kept. "
