"2e séjour ici pour nous. Nous étions venons l’an passé et fait un long avis détaillé 4/5, sur google. Le stationnement est toujours adéquat. Le déjeuner était encore en abondance avec bagel, 2types de muffin, des oeuf etc.. nous n’avons pas tester la piscine cette fois ci, manque de temps: donc je ne sais pas s’ils ont réparé la descente de piscine (qui avait été signalée). La chambre était propre, la literie aussi. l’eau ultra chaude et rapide. Mais je dois avouer que cette salle de bain manquait d’amour et d’entretien. Le plafond souffre qu’il n’y ai pas de ventilation. Perso, c’est un excellent rapport qualité/prix avec des chambres d’emblée double, piscine et déjeuner."

"The room couldn’t have been better. We were very comfortable each day of our stay. We were entertained by “Suzanne” and asked her to direct us to the commissary, which she did. She added a delightful surprise to our stay at the hotel. Also, when we informed the front desk that we needed more toilet tissue, they acted on our request immediately. When we mentioned that the water dispenser wasn’t working, the contacted a technician right away. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Quebec."

"Such a lovely place to stay in Quebec City! Especially if you have one of the rooms that looks out on the peaceful green park and a distant view of the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The place is in a very quiet location, yet close to all the things you'd want to go to (right across a street from the Chateau Frontenac). One two little issues, both of which are resolvable. The air conditioning cannot be individually controlled and it was sometimes too cold for us. We resolved that by turning it off for awhile, then turning it back on if needed. The other thing was that the red wine in the wine dispenser was terrible (in our opinion)...and was refrigerated. We solved that by buying a bottle of wine at the cute little grocery store a block away. We loved our stay at Hotel Manoir Vieux Quebec!"

"Chambre impeccable, spacieuse et bien organisée. Grande propreté et tous les petits accessoires pensés pour agrémenter notre séjour. Personnel courtois et très attentionné. Le brunch du dimanche à la salle Champlain a ravi nos papilles. Le boeuf Wellington était délicieux. Le personnel de la salle à manger était très attentionné et rapide à nous conseiller et nous servir. Et quel décor! À revisiter."
