"The hotel had a stunning rooms, beautifully fragrant Bramley products even pillow spray. Luxurious coffee pods for coffee machine. Comfortable bed. Charming and cosy place. Staff are nice. Breakfast was good. Lovely colourful beer garden. Our third stayed there. "

"The Lensbury is a lovely place to stay away from the hustle of the city but only a short train journey to Waterloo.. this is our second visit and won’t be our last.. slight issue with lack of air con but when mentioned at reception an extra fan and water for the room was provided so really can’t complain. Rooms are lovely and clean and the added coffee machine is a lovely bonus"

"Comfortable beds we had family monkey room overlooking the safari park which was great fridge in room also a treasure hunt for kids lovely size room seperate tv for kids, being able to walk round the safari after park closed is great definitely recommend staying ;-)"
