"We absolutely loved our stay at Tim’s beautiful beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — very quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need — from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen and great Wi-Fi. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with bright, airy rooms and plenty of space to relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing, we had a blast playing with the lights.Tim was very responsive and easy to get hold of. We will definitely come back!"

"Great location in Eastham near Orleans. Surf Shack Hideaway is not a shack, but rather a very large uncomfortable house to stay in. Would come back again, especially if managed by Heart of the Cape who kept everything clean and had quick communications."

"First up, the cons: The biggest issue we encountered was non of the information we received before arriving specifically in relation to the lock access codes and WiFi were correct and I had to call the helpline only to end up being asked to leave a message by the machine both times. The first time I received an immediate call back but the second time it took longer to get a call back. Also the photos are very outdated and the house is more worn down with the skylight in one of the bedroom looking like it was broken. Sound also travels a lot in the house meaning we had to be very quiet if people were still sleeping. The sole TV in the house is in the basement and is old and the streaming apps we were trying to use refused to show video due to the tv not having recording protection on it. PROS: The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and there was even a Brita filter in the fridge. There were also lots of appliances for us to use including a kettle, air fryer, toaster, coffee grinder and coffee machine to name a few. If you’re planning on making more home cooked meals versus eating out, this house is a solid pick. It’s also roomy so it had great spaces for people to just sit together and chat. The location is nice and quiet and right next to a bike trail so it would be a great pick for anyone who bikes."
