Room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. The ease of the PIN code for the door and the text updates were helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

PET FRIENDLY!!!! Due to our cat being recently diagnosed with diabetes, we have to take her everywhere we go now and discovered The Sugarloaf is actually pet friendly. It was our first time staying here however we felt like we have known them for years. The owners were so welcoming and caring and we got to meet the team member that has been there the longest not to mention the cutest, a kitty named Smokey and she was absolutely amazing. The Hotel had a warm feel about it and close enough to walk to the downtown area. They have an indoor pool/hot tub and a bar downstairs. Was a fun place to stay.

The overall experience was excellent. Both front desk personnel I dealt with were very personable and prompt. The Motel is new, therefore I expected it to be in good condition and I was correct. Parking was plentiful. Inside, the room very clean and roomy. Surprised that there was no closet. The amenities were spartan, but nice and modern. I enjoyed having the kitchenette, but take notice tht the nearest grocery store is 15 further up the road from the hotel and the hotel, itself, is 25 min...

There are restaurant option around the area. The staff are very helpful and did above and beyond while we were there. We had a good stay. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi.

Some stuff like breakfast wasn't very good and they run out so fast of food and dishes and stuff my tv never work but overall was fine all clean an cozy..friendly staff.

We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

This hotel is perfect for our one night stay. It is clean and far from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, I will definitely come back here again. The breakfast is also great!

Pleasant staff. Free use of snow shoes and sleds. Cute cozy cabin albeit it became too warm and the heating was centralized so I had to crack open a window to feel comfortable in bed. Great access to beach which had a ton of snow when we were there.

The hotel staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The property location was ideal for shopping, eating, and ease of access to the freeway. The property itself also had a lot of things to do (swimming, basketball, access to a little lake, outside fire pit, etc.).
