"While my husband and I sat at the café eating dinner a security person came up to him and asked him to pull his shirt down over his butt Crack. My husband's body made in a way that it happens, he has dealt with it all his life. Let me tell we we're both insulted. The woman that asked the security to say something was rude if you ask me."

"We were given a room on 25th floor, and appreciated the speed of the elevators! Our room was clean, and the beds very comfortable. The room included basic ammenities, but nothing extra. The television was very old and had multiple screen defects, but seriously- first world problems, lol! All the staff was friendly, long walk to restaurants, which in itself was not a problem- but the only path was through a very expansive casino, heavy smoke not great for my asthma. We would definitely stay again."

"Great place to stay overnight in Reno. Secured parking. Did not use any amenities, yet took a look, they were adequate. No Breakfast!!!! BIG PROBLEM!!! no matter. Room huge, clean and I will return. No fees, no surprises."

"This was the second time I have stayed at Sugarloaf Mtn Hotel. The rooms are small but clean and newly remodeled and in good condition. Having a small market on site was a plus. Parking right outside our room was also nice."
