"The person who checked me in was polite and friendly. However, the photos of this accommodation are very misleading. The rooms are smaller than expected and much less appealing than the photos suggest. There was also no microwave in the room and I was told I could use the one in the main kitchen. The price of this accommodation was overpriced and did not reflect the quality of the room or hotel. I would have expected this to be marketed at around £40-£45 per night as opposed to around £110. I checked out around five minutes after being shown to my room and booked another hotel 20 minutes down the road with a much more accurate advert. I am very surprised that this hotel is marketed as a wedding venue as it seems very run down. It requires lots of updates. The review below that is labelled as 'poor' is a very accurate summary of the venue. I initially thought that I had pulled up at the wrong location when I arrived in the carpark because it looked so run down. "

"For £35/ night, I was quietly impressed. It was clean (sheets were clean). Maybe good if they cleaned mattress protectors. I did inspect whole bed, was concerned for the price, that there might be bed bugs. But thankfully none. It was quiet too. The price is unbeatable, and for easy convenient travel to Luton airport, it was perfect. Thank you overall. "
