"The room/unit we were in was above shake shack so you could here the music and noise from the restaurant. Location was great for us though it was Midway between fenway and Boston common in back bay. We took the free logan express bus to back bay and the room was 1 block away. Only $3 to go back to the airport. "

We felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed the amenities of this rental and the quaint town of Newton. There was even a Whole Foods Grocery Store merely half a mile away! "The general maintenance of the building and the unit needed attention and care like broken towel bar, dirty and smelly shower curtain, and much needed cleaning inside the elevator. The location was noisy due to close by highway and street cars. "

"It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep."
