"I stayed for business purposes, the staff member Becky was exceptional, her customer service skills is second to none, I was delayed coming down for breakfast due to a meeting and only had a few minutes remaining I asked for the vegetarian option despite it taking a few minutes to prepare she still obliged. I also witnessed the following day an irate customer who was not being reasonable at and and quite rude frankly despite Becky offering to still cater to the customer despite the customer being late and missing the breakfast drink. Very well handled shows exceptional management qualities as a business owner who is well versed in the area of identifying excellence in leadership. Will definitely be returning and have already recommended to my network due to my wonderful experience. Well done Becky!"

"Excellent location with a lovely sea view from my room. Would definitely stay there again. Only improvement perhaps would be to have curtains in the room. Only had a Venetian blind that allowed the sun through st 5am in the morning. "
