A lot of people complained about this place in the reviews. I was a little nervous about staying. Everything was great. It appears they are actively renovating the property which wasn’t a hinderance at all. Location was great, too!

Great location. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub! The outdoor heated pool was very cold. We enjoyed the fireplace in the room. It needs to be updated but it is currently undergoing renovations. It’s going to be beautiful when complete. We would stay again.

The staff were very nice and kind. We appreciated them telling us about where to order food and to call in advance. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Absolutely loved the fireplace and the bathroom, especially the bathtub. They also have one of those little heat lamps to help you dry off after a shower. I loved that the shower and bath were separated. The breakfast and tea time was a treat. They had so many varieties of tea. Their onsite dining was being remodeled, so we didn’t get to experience that, but it just means we need to plan another trip to stay here. The rooms were quiet, and the bed was so soft. It was so easy to fall asleep in. I felt well rested and ready to take on our day’s activities. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
