"- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid.
- It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. Mass with reservations and their evidence.
- Hotel pushed us to have a silvester dinner and self service cathering with champane (30 euro/person), but the cathering...

"Schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Der Pool war leider zu kalt.. Ohne schwimmen, nur um sich im Wasser zu entspannen das ist nicht möglich weil man friert. Auch im Zimmer selbst war es eher kalt und man konnte nicht selber die Temperatur regeln. Ansonsten sehr modern und sauber!"
