"Never stayed at property …. Filthy, moldy, disgusting property with broken window…. I was never given check in information, had to rely on someone else in the building to let me in. VRBO completely unresponsive and told me “too bad”… this property should be banned!!! I am fighting to get my money back from booking agent and my credit card company….. they should be ashamed of themselves and then they had the audacity to lie and tell the booking agent I stayed there …. Es wurde aber azs dem Zimmer ein Sessel entfernt und sie Kleider in achtlos in den Rucksack gesteckt ohne etwas zu sagen, eine Rückfrage beim Anbieter blieb auch erfolglos. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut im Zentrum und die U Bahn ist auch Top zu Fuß erreichbar. "

"Very new, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. We stayed for two nights for oktoberfest - the apartments were super close to the oktoberfest location with a very good price comparing to any other place during oktoberfest, which was fantastic. Wifi sucks a bit, weak signal. Friendly security guards at the lobby make me feel safe. Nice elevator. Note that there seems to be no laundry facilities yet, but I would still recommend this place as it is spotless and beautiful."
