Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. "We had a great time in Angie and Philipp’s property. It was by far the best place we stayed in our Europe trip. Angie met us on arrival and showed us the place. "The location is good, not in the heart of the old town but a short walk of 10 min. Our problem is that the shower room floods quickly because the drainage is kind of blocked. That should be easily detected and fixed earlier, so a big disappointment."

"At first I was disappointed that I didn't get a small couch as shown in the photos (a comfortable chair/couch is a priority of mine) but the small desk worked fine. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Fascinating historic building and street and great location for walking to the old city, Mirabelle Palace, restaurants, and nature trails. We loved the view of the fortress from the rooftop terrace. Note that there are shared washing machines but no dryer. There is a large drying rack. We loved the touches of stone peeking out throughout the building. Quiet street given how handy it is to everything. "

"Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in der angegebenen Ferienwohnung, sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hat sogar zwei Balkone, die Wirtsleute sind freundlich und zurückhaltend. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Umgebung am Traunsee ist wunderschön! Wir kommen wieder!"

"der Aufenthalt hat war mäßig ok. Der Ablauf des Waschbeckens tropfte in eine Wanne und musste 2x täglich geleert werden. WLAN Passwort gab es erst am zweiten Tag auf Nachfrage. Es gab 3 kleine Handtücher für 3 erwachsene Personen. Nach über 2 Wochen nach dem Aufenthalt - wird man gehostet, wenn man nach der hinterlegten Kaution fragt. Daher sitzen wir noch auf ca 200€ die wir per Paypal bezahlt haben und noch nicht wieder bekommen haben."

"Das doch etwas ältere Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, und punktet vor allem durch die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Bergtouren kann man direkt von der Haustüre aus starten, zum See benötigt man doch fast das Auto, außer trainierte Radfahrer schaffen die Steigung auch mit dem Rad. Bei schlechtem Wetter könnte es etwas ungemütlich werden. Besonders beliebt ist der Attersee bei den Tauchern!"

"The lovely spacious apartment is in a quiet location but so close to Salzburg and other tourist attractions such as Eagle Nest and Salt Mines. Lovely host, lovely little summer patio, comfortable beds, room for a family with luggage, large bathroom with bath/shower. If we visit the area to visit our friends again we will choose to return.
