"When you walk in the front lobby, it smells like sewerage. The front desk people were nice. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Problems were they did not service our room, we had a queen sheet on a king bed and we asked them to change it because it popped off. The worse part was no hot tub and that is the only reason we stayed there. They blamed it on Expedia not changing it on their site. They said they would contact Expedia again. There were screaming young kids with no diapers in the pool. We had to leave it was so loud. "

" Great location for our stay to visit our son at Sacred Heart University. House was very clean and well decorated. Great workout and game area! We arrived to snacks, a bottle of wine, and a free coffee voucher at local coffee house at the beach which was a great surprise. Host was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had. I especially loved the indoor hot tub and the cozy cast iron fireplace—it made the whole experience feel so relaxing and peaceful. The home had everything we needed for cooking, and the thoughtful amenities like water and coffee were a really nice touch.We stayed during a snowstorm, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us despite the unpredictable weather. They made sure the snow was plowed and even had someone come help clean off my vehicle so I wouldn’t be snowed in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, which made us feel safe and cared for during our stay.I truly hope to visit again soon and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free getaway!"
