"Situated in a fairly remote location this hotel provided an oasis of calm. The rooms were excellent. The food in the evening was excellent although the limited choice of red wine by the glass was slightly disappointing. All in all an excellent choice for a night on the North Coast 500 "

"The Northern Lights cottage is perfectly located for exploring Scotland's central north coast. The cottage looks out over Talmine Bay, the Rabbit Islands, and the North Sea beyond. Skinnet Beach is just down the hill, a short walk away. The house is lovely with a large, well-equipped modern kitchen and two newly renovated baths, both with good showers. I would definitely stay here again."
