" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. Excellent location; within walking distance to the city center. Staff was mostly amazing...had only one incident where the front desk person was on the phone with a friend and rudely made me wait to attend to me. Other than that, an excellent stay. Air conditioning worked well during their historical heat wave that was happening while we were there. Breakfast was decent if you're considering adding that...hot and cold foods and a really good espresso machine. Nice bar area and sitting area where...
