"A lovely house on the hills just outside the centre of Stresa. Well equipped (except for an iron), though it would have helped if instructions on how to operate appliances were supplied. Clean and spacious, with beautiful views and a lovely garden.It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stresa from the property, but a 30 minute walk back, because it is all uphill!"

"This house has some great spaces. The decks are wonderful. Parking space is adequate. Location is close to the center of Stresa but not walkable. There were some problems. The house could have been cleaner. Spiders and spider webs. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were musty despite the dehumidifier that was running constantly. The bathrooms and kitchen on the lower level had mold. There are no screens on the windows. A microwave and hair dryer would have been nice."

"We spent 10 nights in Stresa in Ambretta’s apartment in via Principe Tomaso. It was very well located in easy walking distance to popular piazzas and many restaurants and shops in central Stresa. The apartment is very bright on the first floor, adequately furnished and well appointed kitchen. It has a huge sunny tiled deck shared by only one other apartment.
