"We really enjoyed our stay in Ashburn guest house. The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower pressure was really good, nice for a shower after a long hike! Walking distance to town with nice view too. Hayley was really friendly and helpful, she packed us a really nice breakfast for our early morning hike on our first morning there, which was thoughtful of her. Only thing that could be improved on would be for the sitting in breakfast, it would be best if hot...

Katarina was very conscientious, very accomodating, very informative, and simply a wonderful hostess in every way! The breakfast was a great way to start the day and my room was very comfortable. "The owners of property friendly, nothing to much trouble for them. Scenic views Breakfast was lovely and hot but not keen on bread for toast. The only thing I would remark on, is property not well signposted off the main road and could do with some repairs to potholes"
