"Really lovely apartment, staff were very friendly and let us check in early and leave our cases in the hallway too. Very easy instructions to get into apartment. Located right on the square and super close to everything, definitely recommend."

"This was a brilliant room and location for walking around Krakow easily . The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Wonderful and powerful shower too. "

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Clean and spacious room. Felt safe, even as a solo female traveler. Close enough to the market square so everything is walkable but very quiet at night. "

"I do not recommend it to anyone. I made a reservation and paid in advance. When I arrived at the location, there was no one to welcome me or my family. There were 5 of us. We tried everything and no one responded. I asked for a refund and the hotel did not grant it. It is easy to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."

"When I arrived at the hotel late (I had messaged ahead to say what time I would arrive) there was no answer when I pressed the buzzer. I phoned them and was let in by a member of staff who apologised for having fallen asleep. My room was very close to the desk which wasn’t ideal because I could hear other guests moving around and arriving, but I have to say everytime I passed there was not a member of staff there. The biggest problem I had at this hotel was other guests being noisy, although...

Great place to stay

"Great hotel with room looking right out on main square. Decor was a little bohemian (black/silver, with bath in bedroom itself) but added to charm. Breakfast had plenty of variety typical of continental style with additional hot items on request. Weather was good while we were there so could eat breakfast in the main square and watch the world go by. I guess if you’re sensitive to noise at night then a room on the square may not be ideal as the city is lively till the early hours, but we loved the city noise and bustle and just sat in the (open) window before turning in with a glass or two of wine and soaked up the atmosphere of this beautiful city. Thought it was pretty good value and would happily go back. "
