"Location has the potential to be great but it is run down and needs A LOT of work. From first walking in, refrigerator was so dirty/dusty you could run your finger down it and have a film on your hand. Wood flooring in kitchen area is warped because of an obvious leak in the ceiling. Ceiling in the kitchen has brown water stains in the ceiling, floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom are cracked, ants kept coming in from outside, food left in the fridge and trash was left in and on the garbage can,...

"We had a great time staying in this house. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We went to Richardsons candy shop, Yankee Candle, and the Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory. We also took the T to Boston and went to the New England Aquarium and Quincy market. Great mini vacation!!"

"A sweet home with amazing views and access to the lake. The hosts thought of all the things we would need and had a well stocked home. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and games to use. There were spaces to relax and enjoy both inside and out. The yard felt very private even though other people were next door. We had eight people in our group and though I wouldn’t describe the house as large, it did not feel small for our group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!"

The house wasn’t perfectly spotless and stained carpets and too many things on the walls but nothing terrible. It was all easily overlooked because we were all together with lots of room to spread out if needed."

"Overall, the home met our needs. It was nice to be able to cook most meals (minus having to buy aluminum pans and foil) and do laundry as needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. Easy to get to and find. Kinda stinks you had to park in front of the house as there is no drive but traffic was not an issue so it was not a huge issue. Would reccomend purchasing your own paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper. We did not find extra of these during our stay and there were no hand towels for the...
