"The pros: Great location, absolutely spotless, very large space with modern fixtures, super comfy bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. The cons: in room 104 the AC barely worked (and only was doing what little it could do while we were in the room since it was card activated and couldn’t use a different card) - Naples was sweltering and it was stressful to not have proper respite. Parking options nearby, very well known antica pizzeria de michele at 3mns walk. Anna the host is an amazing helpful lady. "For the price, this was an outstanding room to stay in town: it was clean, comfortable, convenient, & free wifi. Since the window was right on Corso Umberto, it was very noisy, especially needing to leave open the window for comfort, and it was on the 5th floor, requiring either climbing steps or spending a few coins on the elevator. But it is perfect for a clean, safe, inexpensive room in the heart of town."

"These are Luxury rooms. Entrance is a big downside, and then access to 2nd floor. Once you are on 2nd floor, then you feel better. The room was good and clean. But thunderstorm in the night brought up some of its deficiencies, like rain water came inside and its traditional green windows were making noise, i could not sleep well. "Gemma went above and beyond to help your stay be the best it could be. Gorgeous room, spotlessly clean, lovely view of the town. Lovely continental breakfast. Nice and quiet but close to all you need. The only minus was the stairs, I'm not in great shape and they were tough for me but I'm still glad we stayed here. "-EXCELLENT LOCATION -KIND GREETER ON YOUR FIRST DAY -LARGE ROOM COMFY BED It is not necessarily a bed and breakfast (no breakfast served). I wouldn’t say it’s a hostel either (we had a private bathroom). It isn’t a hotel either as there is no real reception. This is basically a floor of rooms that is being rented out to guests in a much larger (historic) building. If you are good with that then this is the place for you! "
