"I visited Bonn with a colleague for a conference. We arrived at the hotel after a long international flight to find that there had been a water leak and our rooms were not serviceable. We were moved out to rooms in neighbouring properties. The owner tried but it was a disaster. The accommodation was very poor, it was cleaned infrequently and the internet never worked. All in all, a disaster of a week!"

"We kicked off our honeymoon at this property and it was absolutely amazing! Not only did we get to check in early after a long trip from Canada but they upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the Cathedral!! Waking up every morning felt like a dream. The staff was wonderful and we loved the location. We would highly recommend and I hope to make it back here some day!"

"Staff was awesome by providing restaurant recommendations and sites to visit. Very efficient check in. The elevator system is confusing. There are parking garage elevators and then there hotel floor elevators. I don’t believe the hotel floor elevators were clearly labeled. A couple of people, like myself, were confused."
