We just spent 4 days at the motel. We enjoy our stay very much and will try to come back next year. The owners were very kind and helpful when we had a specific need. Thank you !

Such a beautiful property, lots of trees, lovely landscaping. They keep Crassula in pots on all of the porches as long as weather permits. The room I stayed in (double queen) was very spacious. Wood beamed ceiling with a ceiling fan, walk in shower. Loved the restaurant that was open for breakfast daily. Open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday while I was there. The best place to stay in the Hamptons. I have stayed here over the summer, to have the same welcome during winter / spring is amazing. They have been so accommodating during this time this will always be my first choice coming here!

I was visiting family for a graduation and all of the chain hotels were either sold out or double the price so I decided to give the Whitman a try. I’m so glad I did. Clean, friendly and convenient. I will be back!

Very nice family friendly motel! We were pleasantly surprised how modern, immaculate and homey it was for the great rate we got on short notice. Tons of things for kids to do. Pool, volleyball and badminton nets, shuffle board, bean bags and nice big sand box. Charcoal grills, picnic tables and chairs on a large lot in a quiet area of Charlestown. You'll be surprised on how friendly and responsive the team is. We definitely enjoyed the pool, fire pit (s'mores) and clean spaces throughout the facility. My family and I will definitely take advantage of the barbecue grills and kitchen on our next visit.

Although the outside does not compliment the interior of this Motel/Hotel. The rooms are incredibly clean with furniture not constant with motel hotel furnishings. There wasn't a spec of dirt anywhere to be found. Our room also had a outside balcony. One needs nothing if you plan on staying at this establishment. For a small family-run motel, this was a little gem. I was lucky to get a room there for my niece's Phd grad at Yale this past weekend. Very comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, great air-con, super shower, fridge, & microwave. I always travel with my own mug, instant coffee & tea, so I was all set. Setting is fresh air country, with flowers & evergreen shrubs around the motel. Office has a Keurig coffeemaker, ice machine, and cold drinks machine. Definitely would stay there again!

Everything was clean and plenty of hot water 💧 for the shower 🚿. The room could have been a little bit bigger but that was my choosing i guess.

I stayed here with my husband and two children for Labor Day weekend. Everything is so close by. The room was clean and the outdoor pool was very fun. We took full advantage of it. There is a washer and drier on site which is always a plus. It is a quiet place. I would definitely stay here again.
