"The check in process was terrible. The gentleman was not friendly at all. I was paying for all 4 of our rooms and he said I could not check anyone in. He had to see my husband and all 3 of my kids. "The hotel was located downtown Sault Ste Marie which was close to everything we wanted to do as well as shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything. Its an old hotel with some dated wallpaper but it was clean and staff was helpful. We enjoyed it."
