The staff was amazing with A- class service. Everyone was smiling with a reserved courteous customer service which is RARE these days. The breakfast was both true to the island flavors while also adding international choices. They have a great location and offer airport pick up and excursions. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Copthall! The service was exceptional! Many thanks to the great staff who took very good care of us. I will miss you all. I hope we can meet again! Additionally, the location was very serene. I loved the coziness of being tucked away between the mountains…yet, the hotel was not too far from the capital, and many attractions! My only note to mention was that we saw that breakfast was included in the price. When we checked in, we were told that part of the breakfast (fruit and a drink I believe) were complimentary. However, I was really impressed and grateful that the staff cooked meals to my liking, and even adjusted the menu on occasion. Overall… Great staff! Great food! Great service! Great location!!!"

"The host was chill, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We paid for the shuttle service which was very convenient. The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!"
