"Room still had trash in it and they never came and cleaned it out we didn’t even get a discount. Won’t stay there again"

"We have stayed at other Super 8’s before, and this is the first one that we have said that we won’t go back to. The room was dirty and did not smell fresh. The A/C did not want to turn on and required the front desk person to come and look at it to get it to work. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like someone blew their nose into the shower curtain, the toilet rocked and leaked at the base and there was dried blood on the hairdryer. The lounge chair in the room had stains on it and overall the room had a musty smell. We did not try the free breakfast. After the condition of the room, we feared the kitchen would be just as unsanitary. If it hadn’t been for the fact that the room was non-refundable, we would have left."
