"Asked for a non-pet friendly room due to allergies upon booking. When we got there, we were told there were no non-pet friendly realms with a king size bag you would have to downgrade to two double beds, but they assured us that after everyone checks out with pets, they do extra cleaning and sanitizing.. This was not the case as my husband had allergic reaction reactions to the lingering pet dander and odors. Not a good experience."
