"The website says they have a pool, and they don't. That was unfortunate because that was one of the reasons we picked this hotel, and my kids were all very much disappointed!! When we asked the front desk, they said, unfortunately, they haven't updated the hotel in the last 10 years when the pool was removed. Otherwise very nice."

When I arrived, they said that someone was in that room and for some reason it did not show it on hotels.com that the room was taken. I asked at least two or three times as long as the other room that you put me in has a large countertop space he kept telling me oh yes, they all have that large counter countertop. It did not. Then they would not give me back the price difference.
