Staff were friendly and helpful We came before check in and our room wasn't ready, so they told us to wait at level 26 at the club lounge. "Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel."

"Highly recommended! As a frequent traveler who has visited more than 30 countries, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was excellent — the people, the service, the rooms, the breakfast, and even the pricing. The swimming pool was great, very clean and relaxing. Room service was also impressively fast, whether ordering food or requesting room cleaning. The staff made us feel truly welcome and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. A perfect experience from start to finish — I would definitely come back again!"
