"Picked this property because of proximity to our family members home in the area. Great neighborhood and easy access to all we wanted to do. The house fit our family's needs perfectly. Beds were comfy and the large downstairs rec area kept the 4 grandkids very busy. Will definitely inquire about staying at this property on our next visit to the Spearfish area!"

"The property is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Very quite and clean. Layout of the house is perfect for a large group with plenty of space for privacy of each guest. The house is fully stocked with all the necessities and then some. The sauna is good sized and the hot tub was perfect! Would highly recommend this property!"

"Close to grocery store and gas . Busy street and one lane. Many steps up and down. Farther away from a lot of the tourists traps but within 30 to 50 miles. Pretty drive going and coming every day."
