Cleanliness was poor, refillable glass bottles for drinking water were not washed and microbial growth could be see below lids. Shower curtains has mildew and mold on them. Washroom exhaust fan was disgusting and not cleaned. Tub drain leaked all over floor. So much potential but poor management and lack of staff training evident. "

"Gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous location. The food at Olivia and the main restaurant was fresh and delicious, and the spa is beautiful with top-notch treatments. More than anything, the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, and it is especially wonderful after trekking."

"Every thing was all right, except the bathroom. It needs more hooks for hanging up bath towels. The shower room needs to have something for holding the bottles of shampoo and bath soap. "

"The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"
