"Great experience and location "

"The Google maps location for your hotel was/is incorrect. We arrived & walked the wrong way in the dark (as directed by Google maps). We phoned numerous times to ask for help but no one answered. This was all very stressful. In the room there were no power sockets near the bed which was unhelpful. The tv had very few channels. Snack prices were outrageous! Staff told us to just wait outside for the airport shuttle but really we needed to be in a specific place - a little sign would help! The staff were very kind about a medical request & we really appreciated that. Thank you. "

"It was for my parents for an overnight stay when they missed the onward connection due to flight delay. The staff members were real gem helping with mobile charging, guiding around getting back to Heathrow T5. The rooms were clean and spacious. They accommodated them on ground floor as this hotel does not have a lift."

"Clean room and bathroom. Shower was excellent for temperature and flow. Nice restaurant for evening meal and excellent selection for breakfast. Excellent soundproofing especially being so close to terminals. I would stay again"
