"Clean room, nice beach and pool, just wish pool was open later but other than that very nice place"

"Staff was amazing"

"Property has a lot of wear but there was a good attempt to make it clean. Several things were missing or broken. The living area had one large window with no blinds. Property is convenient but check in is confusing. Mattresses are terrible."

"Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...

"The property was immaculate. The manager was very attentive and the front desk was very friendly. Highly recommended."

"there was a problem with the faucets and could not take a shower, we've reported this since 1st day and they've sent personal to check on saturday and after that said they can't fix because they need building authorization they came back on monday just one day before we leave"

"The room was extremely comfortable. I liked the bed. The only thing I do not like is when you arrive they tell you parking is $10 extra. Charge me $10 more for the room. Don’t nickel and dime me when I arrive. It’s annoying after a long day of travel."

"Clean room and perfect size for our family."

"Love this property. Use this hotel when I cruise out of Miami. It is very close to both the airport and the airport and the port of Miami. This hotel offers a paid shuttle to the Port of Miami and free shuttles to run errands. Love the happy hour drinks/snacks and the fact they have a restaurant on the property. The free breakfast buffet is very good and convenient."

"La empleada que nos recibió no era muy agradable y al realizar el pago de la habitación a pesar de que le dije que era x expedía. Me hizo un cobro de 126 adicional , cuando me percaté le mostré el recibo de expedía y luego de varios minutos en espera hizo el ajuste que dentro de 4-5 se reflejara . Al día del check"
