"The church in was easy and the staff very friendly"

"Great place, they are in the middle of some construction but it was not a problem. Friendly staff and the starbucks mini pop up thing in the lobby was cool. The waterpark was sweet and not as busy as i thought it would be. Would stay again without a thought!"

"This was the most beautiful property. The views are outstanding. The architecture, fountains, lighting, and furniture were beautiful. Any complaint I had was taken care of immediately including a guest next door to my room smoking Marijuana. I moved rooms and got an even better view. There are hidden fees though like parking and resort fees. "

"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"This hotel was incredible. From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The gym was above average and we had great workouts. The breakfast was delicious! Even our 10 year old picky eater ate well and said good things! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We shall be back! "
