"Had a great stay, quiet, clean and close to a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, golf and beach! The only down side was I did not have hot water for my shower on day 1. Day 2 is TBD!"

Relaxing in the mornings with my coffee, or a drink in the evening was a charm, up above the hustle of the street. An excellent location, it is right on the border of the tourist area and locals area. Close to all the fun stuff, but easy to get to affordable (and excellent) food. "We have been to this property more than a dozen times since we have a timeshare there. Normally it is a nice quiet stay but this time we had some severe party animals in the unit across the hall that were screaming and yelling at the top of their voices from about 8-10:30 PM when I think security came and read them the riot act. "Our stay at Hacienda Encantada was great, the resort was nice and clean, the food was good, service was great, our room had a pool and ocean view, everything was great. The one thing that I wouldn’t score high is that Uber rides are not allowed to pick up resort guests from the lobby, you have to walk about 10-15min to the uber meeting location when they can easily pick you at the lobby but they don’t allow that. Other than that, the resort and our stay was great."

"This was our second time staying in the villas at Montecristo. The resort is beautiful and has much to offer. Dining options are great and shuttle transportation is prompt and drivers are courteous. The villas are spacious and the private pool and hot tub are top on our priority since pools in the resort are crowded. The villa was clean, but the floors needed to be mopped. The villas could also use some updating and TLC. Overall, great place and I would return. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was very clean, modern, had everything you needed, and was in a safe environment. The bedrooms were really nice, each with large bathrooms! There were three porches and the backyard had a huge hot tub, nice pool and putting range. It was a great place to relax and unwind each evening.
