"The room was excellent! Very spacious, clean, modern, bed was very comfortable. Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of the food. Food was ok. It needed more variety at the buffet specifically. They need more restaurants cause wait time was often long. Didn’t like the hostess service at the Turtle restaurant. They were not friendly at all. Drinks were good quality though. And I LOVED cup cake cafe. From the decor to the colors the quality of the coffee, the service was excellent and the view was beyond breath taking! Thank you Sandos for that very short getaway 🙏💖"

"I really love the ambiance has a very Mexican look. Everyone was super nice very close to the clubs and restaurants. I walked about 18 min back to hotel at night and felt safe. The only thing I would take away is that I would have liked to listen to more Latin music in this resort, I didn’t like that they had a live band playing only Yt American music . They should embrace the culture I came here to enjoy Latin America not North America (pop) I understand that the majority but hey they here to enjoy Mexico "

"We had a great time. Love the location in the Marina. The condo was perfect!. Close to everything you would want. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats out in the morning and come back in with their catch. You have many choices of restaurants close to the beach. A lot of places to shop. "

"Honestly cannot praise Paraiso Private Residences enough. Luxury condos close to everything with private security, 24/7 access to parking and private elevator. Friendly staff and security who actually do their jobs. Condo was fully supplied with everything we needed even gear to go to the beach, washer and dryer and the grocery store is literally right beneath you in the mall, so anything else you might need is a short elevator ride and walk away. Only real feedback I can leave on the negative, which isn't their fault, is that there was construction going during hours from 10pm to 2 am and it was crazy loud and since you are close to everything, the night scene is recognizable but manageable. Again not on them but something travelers should know about and obviously the construction will be done at some point and because of how nice the place is and so convenient to everything, especially if you are fishing, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again even if the noise was still going on. "
