"We were booked on Southwest Airlines when the winter storm hit USA Thurs 12/22/22. SWA canceled that night before our Saturday morning flight. Rebooked on Delta, arrived 4 hours late but Augusto was very responsive and accommodating. Unit was clean and as advertised. Roof top is amazing! Walked to coffee and breakfast Christmas morning. Two thumbs up!"
