"The property has a very nice architectural design but a bit out dated. It has its old charm. The staff is nice and attentive. Not sure about being a 5-star hotel. Our bed sheet had a blood stain upon arrival. There were roaches and ants in our room. The snorkeling was good off the beach. Nice views. Good breakfast."

"The property is old and under renovation, it’s not so comfortable with family of 4. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was gonna change my accommodation unfortunately it was already paid and there was no refund available, hotel.com should have option for relocation and refund if the accommodation is what we aspect. It looks good in the picture unfortunately the site visit was not same as the pictures shown on the website. "
