"As usual I always stayed at holiday inn when i travelled, a place I can rest my head from long day. However, this hotel made me feel like I’m home, because of the water pressure feels like you have the luxury. Yes, that water pressure they have it’s made the difference. Keep it please don’t change."

"It was a nice clean room, though without carpet. The bed was comfortable, and the fridge and microwave worked just fine. There is no pool, or much in the way of other amenities, and access to/from the hotel is restricted by being on a frontage road. Overall, it looks a bit rundown, but the room was pleasant and comfortable. Check in was easy, and the staff at the time friendly. The only real downside was the refrigerator was really loud when it turned on to cool. It made a loud pop, and then came on for several minutes increasing in volume as it went. But, this was made better by turning the A/C fan on full time. Overall, I'm not sure I'd recommend this place as it doesn't have a very "I'm really safe here" vibe, being in a not great part of Austin. However, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this isn't that bad a choice."

Gorgeous backyard, lovely plants , yard, comfortable seating.8.slept well , beds are somewhat soft but comfortable. Nice pillows big plus.Highly recommended Great price, special And luckily there was an extra day to stay longer in which I’m forever thankful."

"The hotel is undergoing a big renovation. Breakfast is a go bag (oj, granola bar, green apple, banana nut muffin, water). Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, must be a new mattress. Pillows were down filled and too flat for my liking. There was no kleenex in the room. The shower caulking needs to be redone. The space where the toilet sat seemed a bit narrow and the toilet seat was loose. "

"We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not get up to help the lady. Talk about rude. We did get our refund from Expedia, but not with any help from the staff at the hotel. We will not stay there again."
