"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean when we arrived, and it was easy to check in. Our host Linda was the primary contact, and communication was clear and easy. A binder with helpful information was provided. All the amenities provided worked, and beach accessories (towels, beach chairs) were provided. The cottage was very accommodating for our dog, which made us happy. Even though the house is on a busy road, we did not hear the traffic, which promoted a restful stay. Good location convenient to everything. Check out was easy as well. Thank you! We look forward to our next visit. "

"Tina helped us move our dates around and was very helpful! During our stay, our neighbors were super friendly and gave us some recommendations of places to visit. The place itself was very comfortable and had plenty of cooking utensils. There was just about everything you could think of! My favorite part was the back porch overlooking the intercostal. Very peaceful and only a couple minutes away from the beach. "

"A perfect place for my mom and myself to have a girls' getaway. Clean, accessible, with a nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were ready for sleeping with sheets already made, plenty of towels in the bathroom vanities. Walkway to the oceanfront is close and leads to a very nice area that even at high tide has plenty of beach to set up on. Close to the causeway makes store access a "breeze" ha ha. Excellent host as well! Already booked again for September. FYI this is a very quiet neighborhood with several full time residents close by. Not suitable for a rowdy crowd. "

"Great location, very comfortable, everything worked. There were two umbrellas on the deck, which Vacasa said there weren’t! Well stocked kitchen, with spices and condiments. There are beach chairs, mats and toys! The house is on low stilts so the view of the beach is blocked a little, but you still see the water and some waves."

"This house was cozy, very clean & perfect for my husband & I first stay @ Holden Beach. The interior style was fun & eclectic. The property was ocean front though the dunes were too high for a view. Easy access to beach right next door though the public paid parking could be noisy due to the activity of others arriving to the beach. The only suggestions would be a more upgraded mattress in the bedroom ( very lumpy) & access to additional blankets."
