"Staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Room was spacious and beds very soft. We were on the top floor and it was hot, but a fan was in the room which helped. Location was good, plenty of options for food nearby, a few shops and a tube 5 min walk away into London. Would definitely be staying here again. "

"We found our room and the public areas very clean, very tidy, carefully arranged. Attentive staff. Generous breakfast. My wife found her bed too soft. Unfortunately our room was affected by music from across the courtyard until 11:30pm, then by a lorry loading or unloading right outside our window from 6:45am for half an hour. "

"Really good experience at the IHG Holiday Inn, from the check-in at Reception through to departure. Had a bad back so unfortunately couldn't use the gym and provide an overview of the leisure area, but the room was good, the food was decent and the response time to questions was very quick."
