"We loved our stay here! Lovely room and property. Very walkable into Richmond. The staff were excellent as well! We got into London very early well before check in and they were able to get us in our room early no issues. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Will absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area! "

"My stay was so amazing! I arrived last Wednesday morning from my overnight trip from Florida. I was exhausted and they made breakfast for me at 9:15am. My room was not ready and I went to the Lounge to relax and 20 minutes later, my room was ready. I enjoyed the afternoon high tea, which so great, loved the grounds, staff was exceptional, and the food was so good I ate all my meals there. Had a group dinner reservation on Saturday night for 8 people and we had a grand time on Sunday night. The hotel and restaurant manager went out of there way to be accommodating and sincere. I would definitely come back again to stay. Next time, Suite!! "

"Helpful staff, spacious quiet room, convenient location at the Twickenham stadium. Some refurbishment work going on at present so the bar is a temporary area. Our room was ready for check in early which we really appreciated "

"Reasonable hotel, with a mix of clients, business and tourist. Clean, modern with all you could want. Why they need to charge for parking is unwarranted. The hotel is fairly isolated."

"Staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Room was spacious and beds very soft. We were on the top floor and it was hot, but a fan was in the room which helped. Location was good, plenty of options for food nearby, a few shops and a tube 5 min walk away into London. Would definitely be staying here again. "
