"The room smelt intensely of cigarettes, the room was clean but the maintenance was lacking: pieces of stuck on vinyl skirting missing. We did not interact with any staff nor used any of the food services. The room was fine for the budget price."

"Very happy with the hotel. It is our second visit and love it. The only feedback I would give is that the breakfast buffet felt like it had been out for a while and therefore wasn't so appetising. Additionally the room still wasn't cleaned by 4pm and why they did it they did a very basi job. My friends room had the wet towels picked off from the floor and hung up rather than changing. They took our towels but didn't replace them. The bin hadn't been emptied and the bed wasn't made. Felt like a job half done. Reception staff were exceptiona."
