"Pillows were really uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at all. Amazing upgrade of the room though. Very dated and towel rails etc super high!"

"Excellent hotel for proximity to the park and early ride access. Watch out for them emptying hundreds of glass bottles into bins at 6.30am which happened below our window at room 110 and was so noisy it woke us and others up and we couldn’t get back to sleep. They also overbooked our room type but sorted it out"

"First class service from all members of Staff! An amazing boutique hotel with a personal service that matches its charm and location. Richard and the team were friendly and attentive; ensuring our stay was perfect. Despite being on crutches during our stay; they went aboveboard to make access easy - even providing access to the car park directly through the rear entrance of the hotel. A 'must stay at' hotel - see you again soon!"

"We stayed as a young family and enjoyed use of the pool - the kids loved it. The staff were lovely and friendly and the children received little welcome packs and leaving gifts which we were not expecting and was such a nice touch. The room was good size for us 4. It doesn't have a fridge for milk etc. but I believe they will keep things chilled behind reception if needed. The room had air-conditioning and was clean. The mattress is ok for one night. We had to laugh at the fact it was a king size bed but had a single duvet in a king size sheet on one of the beds, not sure what happened there but wasn't worth complaining about. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down, there was enough variety for a 4 star hotel but the quality was poor. I struggled to eat anything to be honest. I would stay again but perhaps not pay for breakfast"

"Good room. Air con is a little noisy but it’s great to have it. The breakfast was delicious. For kids to eat the breakfast free if that deal is on, be aware they need to be under ten. Teens are charged adult rates. Good location too. Some biscuits in the room would have been nice but the kids had hot chocolate and marshmallows in the room which they loved and was v original"
