"Overall a nice quiet place to stay, apartment was spacious with plenty of room for our family of five. Location was great. Short walk to shops/dining and the beach. Also right by the tram station which was a bonus."

"Lovely room but the customer service is very poor. The woman at reception when we checked was really rude. A simple question seemed to annoy her. The parking situation is a nightmare. We were stuck at the star boom gate for almost 20 minutes as they said we hadn’t paid, when we did. "

"Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel."

Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting tired and the money being spent on the oustide would be better of on the inside. "

"Unit was dated Needs a paint job, poor condition and new carpet would be good. Unit was smelly Unit wasnt very clean Overall it was ok for one night wouldn’t stay longer and it was the penthouse had great view’s, if it was updated be a great unit . Leaving carpark was tricky no fob swipe. "
