"Amazing! Wonderful home, perfect location and a perfect host! Jay has done an incredible job to make sure his guests are welcome and comfortable. This was our second stay and it will not be our last. We are already planning our third stay and our fourth! Choose Seascape and you will be so glad you did. Perfect for families, perfect for ship watching, perfect for days spent on the beach and evenings out on the deck enjoying the breeze. We have done this twice this year and plan at least 2 trips in 2027, and we will only stay here at Jay's. If you haven't guessed by now, our family loves this home and this host. Perfect stay!"

"There's 2 main things that bothered me about the property: 1. Its beat up a bit. A few of the bed frames were broken and unstable, however there's enough beds in the house that this wasn't an issue for us. Some smaller issues like floors peeling and stained walls/furniture were visible. 2. The tap water was salty/cloudy and smell like the ocean. I understand many of the houses are like this but this one was noticeable enough that im typing here.Other than that the house was great. The host is very accommodating. I would be interested in renting it again in the future."

"Loved the property and location! The porch was amazing and so much thought was put into each area. Next time we’ll get groceries/extra water before we drive in bc groceries around Surfside are limited and expensive. Beach was wonderful and area was safe and calm."

"ATTENTION…..please read!!!!First of all property was nice. One story on stilts….it is on the beach as it displays. I wanted it because it was close to the jetty which I wanted to fish off of. My first time doing this not going there to that area. Now what you need to know…You are one house away from the Surfside Jetty Park which is public. So you will have a lot of people right below your house! I mean actually underneath and in your parking area. I had to explain to people that this is our rental and please move which they did and yet few hours later more showed up. Again I had to explain them to leave. I left to go to the store and when I got back another family was camped out in our driveway. Quite irritating. When the ocean is rough expect the water to run all the way under your house to the street bringing trash: wine bottles etc…my error in not checking what was happening that weekend. Well they had a surfer open competition. So you really could not get in the water there to swim or hang out or surf fish because they were all getting in the water right in front of your house. Then they would come in there as well. Very busy. That was pretty much all day. The house next door had a 8’ chain link fence around the bottom of it as well as electronic gate. We thought that was strange when we first got there. But after a day or so we understood why. So the public doesn’t camp out underneath your house. It got trashy of course. Other than that the place was nice. Good luck"

"The house was very clean upon arrival. It had three bedrooms, one in a bunkbed. It suited us OK the problem we had was there was no closets. There’s really no shelving. There wasn’t even a toilet paper rack in the bathroom. The shower was extremely small like one you would be in an RV, but for our short little stay, it did us just fine. We spent a lot of time at the beach and Fishing probably would not stay at this particular house again now knowing what it lacks and just being able to set up for the week. Parking was also very limited one small little road barely a road to the house just made it a little difficult for two vehicle vehicles to even really operate."

"Extremely cute and comfortable rental! Very communicative host.The beds are extremely comfortable. Great selection of games for the family to play. (Puzzles, board games)Great view of the ocean. The property is gorgeous and right on the beach. Quiet at night.We will definitely plan on staying again."
