"I highly recommend this cozy location. The owner was very nice and the apartment had everything you need for two people. You can walk into Warwick for any meal, a little shopping, and close drive to other nice locations along with hiking, running, and seeing the highlights of Orange County. I would stay again and plan to do that in the future."

"We loved our stay at this farm house! The apartment was a great set up, with a beautiful balcony. As advertised, it was very close to Legoland and a bunch of great state parks. It could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was a great stay. "

"The town and area are lovely. The property itself was hard to locate with no visible name nor house number. It looked like a vacant store front. The "lobby" was behind dirty glass doors, and locked, with a lock box on the handle. Inside looked under construction with caution signs on the dirty floor. There was much lag time with property management communications. They refused to answer calls or texts even though they provide a "please call or text" message at the bottom of their property...

"Great alternative to area hotels - perfectly situated within every location we were planning to hit - very clean and comfortable (especially the bed), and felt bigger than the square footage. Would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Overall good stay at this location. Was there for a wedding and was able to contact the property management clearly and on time. Shopping and amenities nearby and was central to our venue. Would recommend, only complaint if I had one is the heat wouldn't stay on while we were gone for the day but heated up once we set it at night. "
