"Our Suite was very clean and had everything we needed and more. I thought I had booked a one bedroom but I guess they only have two bedrooms so there was really more space than we needed. Our only issue was that the main bedroom was extremely stuffy and humid compared to the rest of the suite. I texted the concierge and they lowered the temperature on the thermostat. We did not use the pool or the restaurant because they were not well marked on the map and looked too far away from our suite to walk. If there was parking indicated on the map we might have tried them out."

"staff was excellent particularly the young lady at the front desk. Total disappointment to find out that this hotel is now charging for parking. They never did that before. It is just a plain old outside parking lot with plenty of spaces not covered or parking garage. Just gouging customers for extra fees like Las Vegas. Wont stay there again."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was a great setup. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen in our unit was newly updated and was very nice. The bathrooms still seem a little dated but were clean and spacious. We didn’t use the facilities much but if our kids were younger there would have been plenty to do with them. It’s about 20 minutes to Busch gardens and close to restaurants and stores. We’d stay again if we come back to the area."
