"Clean room, great buffet breakfast, kids loved the pool, wonderful safe location, we walked to close by attractions. The staff, each and every one, was absolutely top notch, helpful, kind, nice, just plain and simple, the best! Highly recommend!"

"The pictures for this place are very deceiving! There were exposed wires hanging out of the wall from the missing smoke detector. There was no furniture to sit on besides the bed that had a huge dip in the middle. For some reason, there were too many fridges, But I wasn’t too keen on putting anything in them. The bathroom is old and stained. Basically we left before staying the night. It was loud outside lots of noise. Kids running down the hall. When we walked in the heat was on it was so hot! There is no air conditioning and no way to open the windows. Do not not not stay here!"

"A decent place to stay if you need to be in that side of San Francisco. I would stay there again. It is a no-frills place. The bed was OK not very comfortable. The room could use updating. The hallway next to it smelled like marijuana. I was supposed to stay there for four nights, but I moved elsewhere for the last night."

"Ada was a wonderful attentive host and was available to answer any questions or concerns I had! The space was homy and had everything I needed. Location for the stay was also absolutely perfect for moving around whether that be in a car or walking. Absolutely perfect stay will definitely be booking again for future vacations!"

"There was plenty of parking available when we arrived on Thursday and I had no concerns about the safety of the car. When we checked in the staff noticed that I had booked a room with a single bed for my sister and I and let us take a room with two beds at no extra charge which was so nice! Our room had a view of the ocean and it was clean with comfortable beds, a fridge, and microwave. The location is great since you can walk right onto the beach or to Golden Gate park, and the N Judah line stops right across the street. I would highly recommend for a reasonably priced and comfortable stay in San Francisco! "

"Over all the stay was positive for the price. The neighborhood was safe, we had front parking the whole time we were there which was a plus and it had all the basics. There is a small market/liquor store in walking distance. The unit is small, walls thin, and bed could use an upgraded mattress but there were no major complaints unless you are expecting luxury, it is not. The host communicated well (although I did have to request info). It worked for us because we spent most of the day out and about. "

"This home was an ideal location for our stay in San Francisco. We were there for a clinical trial at UCSF Paranassus campus and the location was easy and having the driveway made in and out smooth. The home is on 19th so you can’t avoid the noise in the front bedroom however, the back bedroom is very quiet. The beds were so comfortable it was such a respite for us after long hard days at the hospital.The hosts Pasha and Sharon are exceptional - they respond right away and were available when we had a question or need. They even dropped off fresh mangos as my brother (who was undergoing the treatment) had minimal appetite so having fresh fruit was perfect. We would recommend this home.
